Ken Wood and the Mixers tore it up at Southampton Music in the City last Saturday. And as the rain came a-tumbling down the jumping and jiving just got hotter and hotter. Southampton's Music in the City festival saw them dancing in the streets to the red hot soul sounds of Ken Wood and the Mixers.....and when the rain came down, the dance moves just got hotter and hotter. The sound was anchored by Dave Brown on bass and Al Starr on the drums with the Fabulous Flatulations horn section and Ken and his men jumping and jiving like their lives depended on it.
